Oarai Town will host the inaugural 'Oarai Namionomatsuri 2026' on Saturday, July 18, and Sunday, July 19, 2026.

The event will take place at a special venue within Oarai Sun Beach Bathing Area (around the Beach Center).

The concept is 'Where ocean waves, light, and music merge—a place loved until nightfall.'

This is a new event designed for full enjoyment into the evening, uniting beachgoers, tourists, overnight guests, inbound visitors, and local residents.

Over the two days, visitors can enjoy live performances on a special stage, local gourmet food, and a vibrant market with diverse booths.

A grand finale fireworks display is scheduled for 8:50 PM on Sunday, July 19 (approximately 10 minutes).
