P・SPO (P-Spo), a fitness brand operated by Sanfuku Holdings Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture), has partnered with HAPP Co., Ltd. to install unmanned direct sales stands for fresh vegetables and fruits grown in Nōjō at all P・SPO locations, starting Thursday, July 23.

The stands offer seasonal vegetables and fruits harvested by local farmers at affordable prices.

This initiative aims to promote local production and consumption ("jisanjishō") and reduce food waste, representing a new effort to support regional agriculture.

Fresh Nōjō Produce Available 24 Hours a Day

The unmanned stands sell seasonal vegetables and fruits primarily sourced from Nōjō.

Produce that may be slightly irregular in shape or size but is of high quality is actively featured, helping reduce food waste by ensuring delicious food is not discarded.

Additionally, leveraging the 24-hour operation of the participating stores, customers can conveniently purchase produce at any time—after workouts, on the way home from work, or early in the morning—fitting seamlessly into diverse lifestyles.

Tomatoes, Onions, and More for Just 100 Yen

While available items vary by season, popular seasonal vegetables such as tomatoes and onions are offered at an accessible price of 100 yen.
