The 3rd Planet Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture; President & CEO: Kazuo Shino; hereinafter "the Company") will conclude a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture (Mayor: Ritsuko Fujii) on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, and will launch the third installment of the hometown support project "Furusato Yamaguchi Gacha" aimed at regional revitalization.

["Furusato Yamaguchi Gacha" is an Initiative Combining the Strengths of our Group Companies!] Our company was registered for establishment in Yamaguchi Prefecture in 2015, 11 years ago. Currently, we are proceeding to relocate part of our headquarters functions, which were previously in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, to our Shunan headquarters. In our 11th year since establishment, we have grown to operate 33 amusement facilities called "Asobi Town" nationwide, welcoming over 4.5 million customers annually. With gratitude and a desire to give back to Yamaguchi, we aim to design stores incorporating projects that collaborate with numerous local companies and highlight local charm—our specialty. Furthermore, our group company, Standby Co., Ltd., aims to plan and produce attractive merchandise featuring beloved local characters and broadcast them nationwide.

The "Furusato Yamaguchi Gacha," which started in December 2025, has previously concluded city promotion agreements for its 1st installment with "Kudamatsu City" and its 2nd installment with "Ube City." In February 2026, we opened the "Gurun Gurun Hoshi Plaza Capsule Shopping Street" inside the Kudamatsu Town Center Hoshi Plaza, and in March, the "Gurun Gurun Yamaguchi Ube Airport Capsule Shopping Street" at Yamaguchi Ube Airport.
