4DL Technologies Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiba City, Chiba; CEO & CTO: Tomohisa Aramaki; hereinafter '4DL') will exhibit at BEYOND FORUM 2026: 'The 1st AI Era Talent Development & Talent Management Expo' held at Tokyo Big Sight on June 9-10, 2026.

At this exhibition, 4DL will propose solutions specifically for companies that have completed the introduction of generative AI such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and wish to create a reliable return on investment (ROI) during the adoption phase, as well as enterprise companies responsible for large-scale DX promotion and human resource development with over 500 target employees.

At the booth, 4DL will present the first public display of 'ANT-DXA (AI Native Training - DX Assessment),' an assessment system designed for the AI era. Visitors will also have access to a simplified assessment experience and exclusive introductory offers limited to the exhibition.

ANT-DXA is already adopted by leading Japanese companies as an infrastructure to support AI integration. Projects are underway at a major railway infrastructure company to port the engine into a proprietary environment, while a global trading company has conducted DX aptitude tests for all employees to design and operate a next-generation training system. A major telecom carrier is also using it to formulate support measures for adopting AI sales tools in corporate sales departments.

The system's strength lies in visualizing 'aptitude specific to the AI era' (such as the ability to verbalize one's own tasks), which is difficult to measure with traditional DX skill maps. It automates the process of 'measurement → visualization → training design' using AI, presenting an individual's 'current location' and 'next step' in just 30 minutes. In terms of design, psychometric reliability has been verified, achieving a Cronbach's α coefficient of >0.80 across all 8 dimensions.
