Announcement of the Opening of "Bike O Sumida Store"

Bike O & Company (Representative Director and CEO: Atsushi Sawa, hereinafter "the Company"), which aims to be a "lifelong partner for motorcycle life" under the corporate philosophy of "breaking common sense to create new value and inspiration," will open the "Bike O Sumida Store" in Sumida Ward, Tokyo on Friday, May 29, 2026.

### Store Overview and Features This store will serve as a new hub for the eastern Tokyo area, offering a wide range of services from motorcycle purchasing to sales. The showroom features approximately 70 carefully selected quality vehicles, primarily 126cc and above, chosen from the Company's approximately 100,000 annual handled vehicles. For vehicles not in stock, customers can request orders from stores nationwide. We are particularly strengthening our lineup of high-displacement motorcycles, which are high in hobby value, to assist customers in finding their ideal motorcycle.

As the store is located near major arterial roads running north and south, it offers excellent access to the surrounding Tokyo area. Therefore, it is an ideal location for a wide range of customers, from those who use motorcycles for daily transportation to riders who enjoy touring on weekends.

### Opening Events To commemorate the opening, the following events and campaigns will be held:

1. **Opening Lottery** (May 30 – 31, 2026) A lottery will be held for Bike O members (free registration required) where participants can win prizes such as QUO cards and gift cards.

2. **V-Point Present Campaign** (May 29 – June 28, 2026) Customers who purchase a light two-wheeled vehicle (126cc or more) during the period will receive V-Points based on the displacement.

3. **Opening Special Vehicle Sale** (May 29 – June 28, 2026) A limited number of special vehicles will be sold at special commemorative prices.
