This product features a sweet and sour Setouchi lemon paste wrapped in mellow white chocolate, then sandwiched between cookies baked with fermented butter. By using 'Yukishio' salt from Miyakojima, Okinawa, it enhances the acidity of the lemon and the richness of the butter, providing a refreshing aftertaste. Chilling the cookies in a refrigerator or freezer allows for a crispy texture.

The packaging features an illustration of Lily with a parasol, designed to be perfect for summer gifts. It will be sold for a limited time at JR Hakata City Amu Plaza Hakata.
