With the conclusion of this agreement, the number of municipalities in Saitama Prefecture collaborating with Housebird through the "Vacant Home Marugoto Solution System" has reached 10. The public-private partnership initiative, which repurposes vacant homes into accommodations, is steadily expanding throughout the prefecture, and this agreement marks a milestone in the progression of these efforts to a new stage.
This agreement establishes a one-stop support system through public-private partnerships to address diverse challenges faced by communities, including the management, sale, rental, demolition, and renovation of vacant homes. In this system, our company will play a role in regenerating and utilizing vacant homes as accommodations, promoting the effective use of regional resources and the creation of new lodging value.
The "Vacant Home Marugoto Solution System" is a service that supports the resolution of various vacant home-related issues through a network of 16 specialized companies in Saitama Prefecture collaborating with Saitama Resona Bank. It constructs a comprehensive support system tailored to the circumstances of vacant home owners and regional characteristics by leveraging a network of locally rooted specialists.
