Accel Lab to Exhibit at "Rental Housing Fair 2026 Tokyo"

Accel Lab Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Manabu Kogure; hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce its participation in the "Rental Housing Fair 2026 Tokyo," a concurrent exhibition at the "Japan Realtors Show 2026 Tokyo" to be held on July 29 (Wed.) and 30 (Thu.), 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight.

At this exhibition, we will showcase various solutions that contribute to the value-up of existing rental properties, measures against vacancies, and the streamlining of management operations, with a focus on our smart home service for rental housing, "SpaceCore Pro."

At our booth, we plan to exhibit the "Zero Initial Cost Security Package," which is easy to install in existing properties, the access control reader "Akuvox A05" that enables entrance unlocking via facial recognition, and the smart lock "Aqara J200."

"Japan Realtors Show 2026 Tokyo" is an exhibition for the real estate and rental housing industry, organized by Zenkoku Chintai Jutaku Shimbun Co., Ltd. Concurrent exhibitions include "Rental Housing Fair 2026 Tokyo," "Tenant and Land Utilization Fair 2026," "Vacant House Utilization Summit," and "Renovation and Regeneration Fair," gathering the latest information and services related to rental housing management, administration, renovation, and equipment installation.

"Akuvox A05"

An access control reader for apartment buildings that allows for the addition of facial recognition without replacing existing intercoms. As a reader terminal without an intercom function, it enables the introduction of a smart entry experience through facial recognition while leveraging existing facilities. By combining it with SpaceCore's smart entrance function and smart locks for individual units, it seamlessly integrates the entry and exit experience from the entrance to the unit, contributing to improved resident satisfaction and streamlined management operations.

"Aqara J200"

A smart lock that can be unlocked and locked using a smartphone app or a passcode. It reduces the burden of physical key exchange and simultaneously improves resident convenience and security.
