This service will be available from Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at the new retail space "Isetan Suitcase" (directly connected to Isetan Shinjuku Store), which will open in the Isetan Kaikan.

Last year, the custom order for the "PROTECA J5 Collection," which was available for a limited time, was highly praised by many customers.

In response to this positive feedback, we are further expanding the scope of this service and launching it as a permanent offering.

The "PROTECA J5 Collection" is a luxury line that offers meticulously crafted products, rooted in Japanese craftsmanship and aesthetic sensibility.

To further enhance its value, this service will expand the color options for leather handles and luggage tags, and newly introduce customization for wheel colors. You can choose a one-of-a-kind piece.
