Achievement Corporation held the "Executive Seminar ~Uniting the Organization~" on July 9, 2026 (Thu) in two sessions, morning and afternoon, exclusively for Standard and Starter members of the "Quality Company Club (QCC)". Over 500 executives from across the country participated in this seminar, learning leadership skills to make their leader's decisions correct and specific know-how for creating a unified organizational culture.

A "Quality Company" is defined as a company where high performance and good interpersonal relationships coexist. To achieve this, it is essential to develop employees who act proactively to achieve the organization's objectives and goals, according to their respective levels. In particular, the development of "executives" who are responsible for making the leader's decisions correct has the greatest impact on the future of the organization.

This seminar is a tiered course held four times a year exclusively for executives of QCC member companies, and this time it was conducted with the theme of "Uniting the Organization." We delivered condensed, practical know-how over three hours on how executives create the company's organizational culture and what is necessary for executives to demonstrate leadership and unite the organization.

During the seminar, we conveyed the principles and rules for executives that can be immediately applied upon returning to their own companies. Participants took away practical ideas that can be implemented in the field while reflecting on their own roles in daily management and organizational operations.

Under the message, "The performance of executives determines the future of the organization, and it is the executives who make the future of the organization decided by the leader correct," the three-hour lecture provided an opportunity for participants to clarify their next actions to guide their companies in a better direction.

The next executive seminar is scheduled to be held on October 23, 2026 (Fri) with the theme "Principles and Rules as an Executive."
