Acrosstudio Inc. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Kazuya Hochi, hereinafter Acrosstudio) is pleased to announce the launch of its AI-driven lite development service, "Across Lite," which supports AI utilization in mid-sized and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and by departments within large corporations. This service is a lightweight contract development service that utilizes AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Antigravity to build in-house business SaaS and dashboards in as little as 2 weeks for 3 to 4 million yen. By proceeding rapidly from hearing to requirement definition, prototype development, review/correction, and delivery, we support companies looking to "try small first and confirm the effects" of AI utilization.

Background and Features of the New Service
In mid-sized and small-to-medium enterprises, and in some departments of large corporations, there is a need to transform operations using AI. However, existing options make it difficult to proceed with adoption. Orders to large system integrators and consultants tend to be in the tens of millions of yen, making it difficult for departments or SMEs to even begin consideration within their budgets. On the other hand, existing SaaS solutions often fall short of addressing site-specific operational flows, unique forms, and integration with existing data, leaving operations reliant on Excel or paper. Across Lite is a service that resolves these issues by utilizing AI-driven development to build practical prototypes in a short period and at a fixed price. Development, which traditionally took 2-3 months and over 10 million yen, is now offered from just 3 million yen in as little as 2 weeks, enabling "small starts" on a scale that is easy to begin with departmental budgets.
1. Build In-House Business SaaS and Dashboards in as Little as 2 Weeks
Across Lite deeply explores operational challenges and clarifies what will be built and what will not. Subsequently, it proceeds with prototype development using Claude Code and Antigravity, followed by confirmation in the customer's environment, incorporation of corrections, and delivery. The entire process from hearing to delivery is expected to take up to 10 business days, and depending on the customer's review and feedback timing, delivery may be possible in an even shorter period. Deliverables include requirement definition documents, the complete source code, and minimal operational documentation. For 30 days after delivery, bugs that differ from the requirement definition document will be corrected free of charge.
2. Address On-Site Inefficiencies Such as Daily Report Automation, Internal Knowledge Search, and Sales Dashboards
This service supports development directly linked to on-site inefficiencies within the scope of in-house business SaaS and dashboards. Examples include automation of voice input for daily reports and progress reports, internal knowledge search (RAG chatbot), sales/revenue dashboards, customer support tools, and simplification of application/approval workflows. You can start utilizing AI in areas close to daily operations, such as systems that automatically transcribe dictated daily reports into a specified format, chatbots that can search across internal documents, manuals, and past projects, and dashboards that visualize key KPIs by importing CSVs and spreadsheets.
3. Apply Quality Processes for AI-Driven Development, Including Review, Testing, and Security
The advent of AI coding tools is changing the prerequisites for development speed and cost. However, simply stating that "AI can build things cheaply and quickly" is not enough to achieve quality suitable for practical use. Across Lite applies the quality and security processes cultivated through projects with major trading companies and operating companies as standard to this service. The standard plan includes communication encryption via HTTPS (TLS), authentication and authorization management, secure storage of secret information, non-learning settings for client data in major LLM APIs, separation of production and development environments, and the principle of using dummy data during development. If necessary, third-party vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, construction within closed networks/VPN-required environments, and compliance with internal security regulations can also be discussed separately.
Pricing Plans
Across Lite offers two plans, both with a common timeframe of approximately 2 weeks, varying according to the scope of development. The Light plan is 3 million yen / approximately 2 weeks and focuses on dashboard development, including CSV/spreadsheet integration, authentication/user management, lightweight LLM functions, delivery of requirement definition documents and source code, and 30 days of free bug support after delivery.
The Standard plan is 4 million yen / 2 weeks and focuses on in-house business SaaS, including external API integration, multi-role/permission management, advanced AI functions such as RAG/AI Agents/voice input, delivery of requirement definition documents and source code, and 30 days of free bug support after delivery.
LLM API usage fees and hosting costs (Vercel / Supabase / various LLMs, etc.) will be borne by the customer. Monthly estimates will be provided during the initial consultation.

About Acrosstudio's Contract Development
Acrosstudio's contract development service provides high-quality execution and delivery across all development stages, from demos and technical verification to production deployment and adoption. We offer two development approaches: "Standard Contract Development (Full Scratch)" which supports the entire process from requirement definition to development, production deployment, and adoption, and "Across Lite (AI-Driven Lite Development)" for small starts with short delivery times and low costs.
After gaining traction with a small start using Across Lite, you can seamlessly transition to functional expansion, scaling up, and core system integration through standard contract development. Prior to development, we design AI utilization concepts, strategies, and prioritization through AX consulting. In parallel with development, we provide AI x DX BPR / PMO support, and after implementation, we support the creation of a self-sustaining system independent of vendors through in-house development support.
Implementation Flow and Inquiries
Implementation proceeds through the following steps: initial consultation, hearing, prototype development, quotation, contract, and commencement of development. The initial consultation is free and lasts 60 minutes, assisting with issue clarification. After organizing requirements through a hearing, we present the Light or Standard plan, and after the contract is signed, development begins, taking as little as 2 weeks.
