[Purpose and Background of the Agreement] This agreement aims to promote cooperation between the Hokkaido Prefectural Police and ACSiON to ensure a safe cyberspace, address incidents that exploit the anonymity of cyberspace, and promote initiatives related to cybersecurity measures. In recent years, cyberattacks have become more sophisticated and clever, and the damage is expanding. In response to this situation, ACSiON's expertise in cybercrime, fraud detection technology, and its track record of implementing anti-phishing services for many major domestic financial institutions and other companies were evaluated, leading to this agreement. Through this agreement, ACSiON will work to contribute to the prevention of increasing cybercrime.
