This version update introduces a collaborative editing feature, enabling more efficient viewing and editing of meeting minutes by multiple users. Additionally, new features such as the 'Live View' function, which allows real-time sharing of transcription and translation results, speech recognition engines for Chinese, Korean, and Thai, and real-time translation capabilities have been added. These enhancements facilitate smooth communication and information sharing even in meetings with participants speaking different languages.

・ Implementation of 'Collaborative Editing Function' allowing multiple users to edit transcripts simultaneously

In the editing interface (transcription editor), multiple users can now view and edit transcription results simultaneously. Real-time simultaneous access and editing allow faster sharing of meeting content and quicker corrections to transcripts compared to before. Icons indicate sections being edited by other users, enabling instant visibility of editing status.

Additionally, password protection is available, ensuring secure usage even in highly confidential meetings.

・ Addition of Chinese, Korean, Thai, and multilingual speech recognition engines

In addition to the previously offered Japanese and English speech recognition engines, new engines for Chinese (Traditional), Korean, and Thai have been added, enabling transcription in a wider range of languages.

Furthermore, a multilingual engine has been added that automatically detects and transcribes Japanese, English, and Chinese without requiring manual switching between engines.

※ Word registration functionality is not available for transcription in languages other than Japanese

・ Addition of real-time translation feature for transcription results

Transcription results can now be translated in real time into Japanese, English, Chinese (Simplified), Korean, and Thai. This allows immediate cross-language verification of spoken content during meetings, supporting participants unfamiliar with Japanese and facilitating content verification in English meetings, thereby smoothing multilingual communication.

Original text and translation results can also be displayed side by side. Translation results can be downloaded in Excel or CSV format.

・ Implementation of 'Live View Function' for clear public display of transcription results

The 'Live View Function' has been implemented, allowing real-time display of transcription results simply by accessing a dedicated URL. With a simple UI designed for easy focus on spoken content, it can be used for various purposes such as real-time meeting content sharing and subtitle display. Text size, display mode (dark/light), and display language can be customized according to usage scenarios and viewing environments.
