Origin Toshu Co., Ltd., part of the Aeon Group, will launch three new early summer stamina-themed menu items at 'Musashino Udon Komugi Bare' starting Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

Salted Pork Oroshi Udon with Garlic Mayo This dish features thinly sliced pork tossed in a punchy salted sauce, paired with grated daikon radish to stimulate the appetite. The side of garlic mayonnaise further enhances the stamina-packed flavor.

Chilled Sesame Soy Milk Tantan Udon A refreshing yet rich dipping sauce base featuring soy milk and sesame. Diners can enjoy flavor variations with the accompanying meat miso.

Spicy Garlic Beef Motsu Stamina Udon This is the restaurant's first menu item using beef motsu (offal). It features a spicy dipping sauce infused with mala paste and garlic.

The items will be sold until stocks run out.
