It features a refreshing yuzu aroma and a gentle, Japanese-inspired finish derived from the base gin 'LAST E-N,' with a light 5% alcohol content. The 'Mottainai Yuzu' used as the key botanical consists of yuzu peels from Kochi Prefecture that are typically discarded after juicing. By extracting at low temperatures without solvents or water, the natural, vibrant aroma of the yuzu is preserved. The product's development prioritized flavor design over environmental considerations, with upcycling being the result.
