AEON will start selling Hello Kitty-designed items such as dresses and T-shirts, totaling 15 types, from the AEON-exclusive brand 'PART2 (Part Two) BY JUNKO SHIMADA' (hereinafter referred to as 'PART2') at approximately 300 'AEON' and 'AEON STYLE' stores nationwide and on the 'AEON STYLE ONLINE' from July 16 (Thursday).
AEON has been offering the AEON-exclusive brand 'PART2' since 2011. The brand, produced by famous fashion designer Junko Shimada, who lives in Paris, proposes fashion that satisfies women who want to enjoy their own unique style without being bound by trends and who think that aging is cool.
This collaboration is based on the 'Tricolor' (Blue, White, Red), the French national flag, which evokes the image of 'Paris,' where Junko Shimada resides. The 'Hello Kitty' design in Tricolor is used to create a refined worldview that is characteristic of 'PART2.' The lineup includes shirts with large collars as a feature, as well as basic dresses and T-shirts that will be active in the summer.
