Aidem Global, operated by Aidem Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Ryo Kabayama), a comprehensive human resources information service provider, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Phenikaa University (Hanoi, Vietnam) regarding internship programs and held a signing ceremony in Vietnam.
Phenikaa University, which traces its origins to Thang Long University established in 2007, is a private university under the Vietnamese Phenika Group. The university offers programs in computer science, engineering, business management, pharmaceuticals, and language and social sciences, with approximately 30,000 students enrolled.
Under this MoU, the two parties will launch a hotel internship program, with plans to expand in the future to include engineering internships in mechanical design and IT fields. Aidem Global will provide Japanese language students who aspire to work in Japan with internship opportunities to gain practical insights into Japanese workplace culture and daily life. For Japanese companies considering hiring foreign talent, Aidem will introduce qualified interns and offer comprehensive support—including assistance with documentation and easing concerns related to foreign worker integration. This initiative aims to foster cross-border talent development between Japan and Vietnam and help alleviate Japan’s ongoing labor shortage by improving talent-company matching.
Signing Ceremony: Wednesday, June 10, 2026
Key Areas of Collaboration:
- Implementation of internship programs for students
- Provision of specialized vocational training and Japanese language education
- Support for students aspiring to work in Japan
