'AIDEM VIETNAM' Opening Ceremony

◆ Excerpts from Comments Mr. Sugihara, First Secretary, Embassy of Japan in Vietnam Japan continues to face labor shortages due to a declining birthrate and aging population, making the acquisition of workers, including foreign talent, a challenge for every company. There is no doubt that the role of companies bridging Vietnamese talent and Japanese firms will become more important than ever. Many Japanese companies still express a strong desire to hire Vietnamese talent, as they are known to be diligent and excellent. I hope that AIDEM VIETNAM will continue to actively pursue its activities to meet these needs. Mr. Huynh Dang Chinh, Vice President, Hanoi University of Science and Technology For Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Japan has always been a crucial strategic partner in education, research, and technological development. Many of our engineers have studied and worked in Japan, and upon returning home, have actively contributed to the development of both Vietnam and Japan. I am confident that as Vietnam continues to develop its high-tech and key industries, Aidem and our university will continue to build a fruitful cooperative relationship. Kenji Kurihara, Director, Aidem Inc. Supported by the warm people of Vietnam, we have moved quickly from establishing a representative office to forming a local subsidiary. With everyone's help, Aidem and AIDEM VIETNAM aim to be a presence that remains essential to the people and companies of Vietnam. We look beyond just realizing employment from Vietnam to Japan, and are also considering support for those returning to Vietnam from Japan, as well as job placement and career change support within Vietnam. ■ AIDEM VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED Address: Room 1428, 14F, Hapro Building, 11B P.
