AI Samurai ONE Significantly Streamlines Patent Document Review with Generative AI!

This new feature automates and diversifies patent document review.

This new function allows patent document checking, which traditionally relied on specialists, to be performed quickly and objectively using generative AI.

Overview of the New Feature "AI Review"

The conventional patent document creation process required checks from the specialized perspective of patent attorneys and unique viewpoints for each technical field, leading to increased workload and subjective judgments.

The newly implemented "AI Review" uses generative AI to automatically evaluate patent documents for the following items and displays the results by category:

[I] Overall Review

Scrutinizes application documents (specifications, claims, drawings, abstracts, etc.) and points out problems and improvement suggestions from the perspective of patent prosecution practice.

[II] Reference Symbol Consistency Check

Automatically generates a Markdown-formatted table for checking the consistency of reference symbols, covering the entire specification.

[III] Antecedent Basis Check

Checks for the presence or absence of introductory statements within the scope of patent claims.

Field-Specific Review

Selectable from fields such as Software/AI, Chemistry/Materials, Bio/Pharmaceuticals, Optics/Lenses, Mechanical/Electrical/Control, etc.

User-Defined Review Items

Allows review based on viewpoints and check items set by the user.

Application Example

AI review results are automatically aggregated by item, allowing for immediate identification of issues and improvements. For example, field-specific reviews such as "Software/AI" and "Chemistry/Materials" can be selected for additional expert checks. Customized reviews for each team are also supported by allowing users to add their own check items.
