Ajinomoto Co., Inc. held a press conference at Hitotsubashi Hall in Tokyo on June 10, 2026, to announce the launch of its AquaSolita 'Spectator Heatstroke' Prevention Project.

Heatstroke risks during outdoor sports spectating have become a significant social issue. A survey conducted in April 2026 revealed that approximately one in two spectators experience heatstroke-like symptoms. In response, the company launched this project to promote the importance of proper water and electrolyte replenishment under the concept of 'Supporting the Supporters.'

At the event, the comedy duo TimonD was appointed as 'Support Captains for Supporters.' Together with medical expert Dr. Hideki Taniguchi, they conducted a 'Passionate Lesson on Spectator Heatstroke' for the brass band of Waseda Jitsugyo Senior High School. The project plans to expand its activities, including the use of 'temperature-indicating stickers' that visualize heat levels during events.
