This program aims to promote the proper management and effective utilization of vacant homes by designating organizations with specialized knowledge and expertise as 'Vacant House Management and Utilization Support Entities,' fostering public-private collaboration in addressing vacant house issues.

AlbaLink has previously supported the revitalization and circulation of aging and vacant properties across Japan. With this designation, the company will strengthen its collaboration with Saga City to further advance the management and utilization of vacant homes within the community.

Responsibilities as a Vacant House Management and Utilization Support Entity

- Hosting seminars and events to raise awareness and provide information on vacant house issues - Contributing to property revitalization and local economic activation - Conducting desktop appraisals and purchasing hard-to-sell properties (supported by a one-stop consultation window)
