Alche Joins Development of Ebara Corporation's Human-Centric Manufacturing DX Project 'EBARA-D3™'

Alche Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Daiki Kawa; hereinafter 'Alche') is pleased to announce its participation in the development of the knowledge data platform 'Beyondverse®' for the human-centric manufacturing DX project 'EBARA-D3™,' promoted by Ebara Corporation (Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo). In the Japanese manufacturing industry, the loss of technical skills due to the aging of skilled workers is a critical issue. Since 2023, Ebara Corporation has launched 'EBARA-D3™,' a unique manufacturing DX project that adopts gamification technology. EBARA-D3™ is based on a 'Digital Triplet (D3)' concept where people are the protagonists, reproducing not only equipment and processes but also tacit knowledge such as worker judgment and intuition. Alche is contributing to the development of 'Beyondverse®,' a core platform of this project, by supporting the construction and implementation of 3D spatial experiences using Unreal Engine. Alche will continue to pursue new value creation by merging entertainment with manufacturing DX.
