Novotel Okinawa Naha (Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture / General Manager Kimitoshi Sakamoto) will be selling the Mother's Day limited-edition cake "Fraisier de Kanasa" for two days, May 9th and 10th, 2026. It uses "Kanasa" free-range eggs, carefully raised in Yaese Town, southern Okinawa Prefecture. This luxurious cake is made with custard cream using the rich and flavorful "Kanasa" eggs and a generous amount of strawberries, approximately one pack. The surface of the cake is adorned with a vibrant red jam of strawberries and raspberries specially made by the pastry chef, making it visually stunning! Enjoy the satisfying "Fraisier de Kanasa," where the fruity taste of strawberries, appearing in every cut, and the rich yet palatable custard cream melt together in your mouth.
