FutureMobile, a SIM Service Provider for Foreign Residents, Obtains ETOC's "Certified Telecommunications Operator" Certification

FutureMobile Inc. (President and CEO: Ayumu Yamauchi; Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo), a group company of ALL CONNECT Inc. (President and CEO: Kota Iwai; Headquarters: Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture), which operates in the telecommunications infrastructure and regional revitalization businesses, is pleased to announce that it has been registered as a certified telecommunications operator under the "Certified Telecommunications Operator System" operated by ETOC (Telecommunications Carrier Certification Organization) as of June 1, 2026.

Through this certification, as a SIM service provider for foreign residents, we will promote the further enhancement of providing a more secure and safe communication environment and strengthening user protection.

Background of Certification Acquisition

In recent years, there has been a growing societal demand for enhanced measures against special fraud and illicit use of phone numbers. In this context, telecommunications carriers are required to be responsible not only for service quality but also for providing a safe and secure usage environment.

FutureMobile operates with the goal of "creating a society where all foreign residents living in Japan can use communication services with peace of mind." While working to create an environment where everyone can use communication services with peace of mind, transcending differences in language and culture, we promoted the acquisition of ETOC certification as an objective proof of reliability through third-party certification.

Approaching the 2nd Anniversary of Service Launch

Since the launch of our services in June 2024, FutureMobile has been used by many foreign residents, including those from Vietnam, Cambodia, and Indonesia, and will celebrate its 2nd anniversary in June 2026.

This certification acquisition is a manifestation of our gratitude to our customers who have used our services to date, and we will continue to operate our business with integrity and transparency, striving to provide communication services that foreign residents can use with peace of mind.

ETOC is a non-profit certification organization established in 2024 by five domestic telecommunications carrier associations with the aim of preventing fraudulent use of phone numbers and damage from fraud. It examines compliance with laws and regulations, security measures, and efforts for user protection, and awards a certification mark only to businesses that meet the standards.
