Kobe City and its operating consortium—AlphaDrive, Kobe Shimbun, and K.S. Rogers—began recruiting participants for 'BLUEPRINT,' a free new business development course targeting business professionals at Kobe-based companies, starting June 5, 2026. BLUEPRINT guides participants through three core steps—idea generation, customer interview design, and prototyping—using Claude as a hands-on generative AI tool across three training sessions completed within approximately 1.5 months. Instructors from AlphaDrive bring a track record of over 23,800 new business proposals and 250+ commercialized ventures. Last year 135 participants achieved 100% satisfaction. The 2026 edition shortens training duration and integrates generative AI to increase the volume and quality of ideas produced. A kickoff seminar for all participants (free, in-person) is scheduled June 29, 2026, 14:00-17:00 at ANCHOR KOBE, featuring AlphaDrive CEO Yoichi Aso. Cohort 1 runs July-August with a business plan contest on September 11; Cohort 2 runs October-November with a contest on December 11. Applications via Google Form; Cohort 1 deadline July 5, Cohort 2 deadline September 30, 2026. No screening—first-come, first-served.
