In light of recent price increases, changes in living environments, and with a view to improving the social status of care workers and developing the care industry, our company aims to raise the average wages of care workers to the same level as the average for all industries by fiscal year 2030. This initiative aims to promote the hiring and retention of qualified personnel amidst competition for care human resources, enhance employee job satisfaction, and ensure stable business operations.

2. Overview of Base-Up

Target: Regular employees and contract employees

Details: A base salary increase of 23,500 yen per month will be implemented (increase rate of 6.8%).
