This service stream lines and standardizes the entire processing flow of year-end tax adjustments by combining AI-OCR, RPA, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), while maintaining existing paper-based operations. It is particularly suited for local government tasks where work is concentrated in short periods and involves checking many non-standard forms. Crucially, it can be implemented under strict security constraints such as the Local Government Wide Area Network (LGWAN).

The background to this launch involves the chronic labor shortages and complex institutional responses that plague local government back offices, leading to task personalization and intense short-term workloads.
