By gaining experience in professional settings while still a student and accumulating performance credits, students are well-positioned to pursue their dreams. Many of our graduates are active at the forefront of the industry, from veterans to rising stars. In addition to lessons to hone skills from current professional voice actors, we offer comprehensive management to foster rich humanity and social skills, guided by class advisors. We have a detailed support system tailored to each student. The direct placement rate into production companies, excluding acceptance into training schools, is 92% (FY2026 results). We train voice actors who can seize opportunities immediately after graduation.

About Amusement Media Sogo Gakuin (AMG)

Established in 1994 by industry professionals with the aim of training "immediately employable" individuals who can work at the forefront of the entertainment industry within two years, our academy celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2024.

AMG's most distinctive feature is its educational philosophy since its founding: "The production site is the best educational site." Based on this, we realize "Industry-Academia Collaboration and On-site Practical Education" by allowing students to gain industry experience in the business divisions of the AMG group, which produce commercially distributed content.
