Ami Paris Announces 'A F.AMI.LY MOMENT', the Second Chapter of Its Omotesando Pop-up Store

As the second chapter of its evolving concept, Ami Paris is transforming its Omotesando pop-up store into a poetic gathering space where soft light and emotions intersect.

'A F.AMI.LY MOMENT' depicts human connection through 'light,' inviting visitors to a warm and shared experience inspired by the mood of a Japanese summer night.

As the first chapter quietly concludes, the narrative shifts to a new emotional landscape. The innocence of childhood play transforms into a greater 'resonance,' and memories evolve from personal experiences into shared ones.

At the center of the facade, the familiar little boy reappears, holding an Ami de Cœur balloon and a softly glowing lantern. While the balloon symbolizes dreams and childhood memories, the lantern reflects warmth, guidance, and human connection. The two lights quietly tell the story of a transition from the individual world of imagination to an experience shared with others, enveloping the entire space in a gentle sense of unity.

The lantern, inspired by traditional Japanese culture, adds further symbolism to the installation. Its glow, tied to memories of summer festivals, transforms the night streets into a landscape filled with celebration and harmony. This vision resonates deeply with the spirit of 'STAR ISLAND,' with which Ami Paris has partnered this year, where 'light' connects people's emotions and transforms the city itself into an immersive shared experience.

Le Café Ami also evolves with this new chapter. Seasonal drinks, pastries, and desserts are reinterpreted through the themes of 'light' and 'sharing,' drawing inspiration from lantern motifs, the faint glow of summer nights, and the dual symbolism of balloons and lanterns. The new menu, which translates emotions, colors, and warmth into delicate flavors, is scheduled to be available starting May 23, 2026.
