Amita Corporation (hereinafter 'Amita') announces the opening of press registration today for the 'Roshinban Forum 2026,' set to launch on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. Corporate management is now at a major turning point, driven by the rapid evolution of multi-agent AI and the full-scale implementation of sustainability disclosures (such as SSBJ). This forum is a four-part series that re-examines the nature of corporate management in this era from three perspectives: 'intelligence,' 'market,' and 'organization.'
The opening session, Part 1 (July 28), will feature Jun Sawada, Chairman of NTT, who has led the development of next-generation communication IOWN, and Takahiro Nakajima, Professor at the University of Tokyo's Institute for Advanced Studies on Asia, a philosopher who explores the essence of humanity in the age of AI. They will discuss 'How does AI expand human intelligence?' from both managerial practice and philosophical viewpoints.

1. About the 'Roshinban Forum 2026'
The overall theme of the forum is 'From economic superpower to circular society—pioneering markets for solving social issues through corporate coexistence strategies.' Part 1, 'Compass of Intelligence,' will examine era awareness and management philosophy; Part 2, 'Compass of Market,' will explore how to capture business opportunities; Part 3, 'Compass of Organization,' will re-examine the nature of management; and Part 4, 'Synthesis,' will chart the course toward a circular society. Designed as a continuous series, it aims to progressively update the very perspective of management and is not a venue for discussing individual improvement measures or tactics.
The moderator for all sessions is Eishin Kumano, Chairman and Chief Vision Officer of Amita Holdings Corporation (hereinafter 'Amita HD'), who has spent half a century turning social challenges into business ventures. Through dialogues with leading figures across various fields, he will weave diverse forms of intelligence into a single guiding question: 'the course toward a circular society.'

2. Background of the Forum
The corporate management environment is at a major turning point, driven by the rapid advancement of multi-agent AI and the application of SSBJ standards. These changes are structural and cannot be addressed through incremental improvements to existing businesses. What is now required is not the refinement of individual measures, but a re-examination of the very premise of management: Why does our company exist, and in which markets and how should we conduct our business?
This awareness is already spreading among executives. Last year, Amita hosted the 'Roshinban Seminar 2025,' which attracted over 100 companies cumulatively
