Aroma shop "Nature (Nature Takadanobaba)" (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kaori Mizusawa) will host the event "Beautiful Body for Summer – Yoga × Visceral Adjustment for Women" on Sunday, July 12, 2026. As seasonal temperature fluctuations and air-conditioning-induced coldness become concerns, this yoga event is designed for women experiencing discomfort related to autonomic nervous system imbalances and hormonal fluctuations.
This event is a collaborative project with Seitai Clinic Uterus.
By combining yoga and visceral adjustment therapy, we aim to rebalance the body from the inside out. Additionally, we will offer a lecture on self-medication and gut health practices to support long-term wellness and beautiful, healthy bodies.
Nature, which promotes "mindful living" from within through aromatherapy and organic products, and Uterus, which advocates "the healthy birth and growth of life" by offering essential body improvements tailored to women’s life stages—from infertility and preconception support to prenatal and postnatal care—will jointly support self-medication and daily well-being.

Masato Shimizu
Director of Uterus Seitai Clinic, specializing in “essential improvement.”
As an instructor for the Japan Fertility Association, he has trained over 200 practitioners nationwide in fertility-focused bodywork. He also serves as a guest lecturer on prenatal and breech care.
Featured in the book "10 Miracle Techniques to Optimize Maternal Health Before and After Birth." Notable successes include supporting pregnancy at age 46, achieving pregnancy within two months with AMH level 0.06, and correcting breech position at 37 weeks of pregnancy.

Bilingual Yoga Instructor.
Graduated from Akita International University, holding a Master’s degree in English Education. She has taught yoga at major yoga studios, fitness centers, and medical institutions. Currently active as a specialist yoga instructor for fertility, prenatal, maternity, and children’s yoga, and serves as the supervising yoga instructor for fertility and maternity yoga at Uterus Seitai Clinic. As a mother of one, she delivers yoga practices that support both parents and children.
