AndST HD Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yasuo Fukuda), which champions the mission 'Play fashion!', announces on June 17, 2026, the signing of an agreement to acquire a 68% stake in Sixty Percent Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'Sixty Percent'), which operates a cross-border e-commerce mall for Asian fashion centered on Korean brands. The transaction is scheduled to close on June 30, 2026.

The global e-commerce fashion site '60%' operated by Sixty Percent is an e-commerce mall featuring over 2,700 brands, primarily emerging streetwear labels from across Asia, and is popular among teenagers and young adults aged 10s to 20s.

Through this acquisition, both companies will integrate their respective customer bases and expertise to strengthen access to untapped markets and overseas cultures. AndST HD will further advance its multi-brand expansion and platform strategy by incorporating cutting-edge Asian fashion and culture.
