Another works, operator of the side-job matching platform 'Fukugyo Cloud' which connects individuals, companies, and municipalities, has been awarded the 'Fiscal 2026 Tamura City Return and Migration Environment Development Project' by Tamura City, Fukushima Prefecture. Through this project, the company intends to create new human flows leading to dual-residence and permanent migration by fostering relationships based on 'side jobs.' By matching professional talent from urban areas with businesses in Tamura City, the project aims to solve regional issues and create sustainable 'related populations.'

Creating New Connections Through Side Jobs Tamura City faces challenges with population decline and an aging society, and has struggled to reach professional talent. This project uses 'side jobs' as a starting point to create touchpoints between urban talent and local businesses. It aims to create a sustainable pipeline from initial engagement through side jobs, to dual-residence, and ultimately to permanent migration.

Since its founding in May 2019, Another works has promoted side jobs throughout Japan. As of June 2026, 'Fukugyo Cloud' has surpassed 100,000 registered talents, 2,500 total implementations, and 250 municipal implementations.

Project Overview 1. Building a Foundation for Related Populations via Matching: Matches local businesses with skilled talent to solve management and regional issues. 2. Hosting Urban Events: Hosts events for urban talent to interact with local players, aiming to create connections with Tamura City. 3. Implementation of Achievement Reporting Meetings: Shares cases and results at the end of the project to promote understanding of side-job talent utilization.
