背景
下顎脂肪抽吸術是為了改善臉部線條和頸部輪廓而廣泛進行的美容外科手術。然而，術前定量預測「可抽吸脂肪量」的方法尚未充分確立，術前說明和手術計畫在很大程度上依賴醫師的經驗。本研究旨在利用門診診療中可簡便取得的身體測量值，預測下顎脂肪抽吸術前的抽吸量。
方法
我們對2025年1月至8月期間，接受同一術者進行的注射器法下顎脂肪抽吸術的63名患者進行了單中心前瞻性觀察研究。術前評估記錄了下顎部的縱向距離、橫向寬度、皮下脂肪厚度(使用皮下脂肪厚度計)、觸診評估的皮下脂肪硬度以及BMI。我們分析了這些指標與實際抽吸量之間的關聯，並建構了預測抽吸量的複迴歸模型。
結果
與抽吸量相關的主要因子為皮下脂肪厚度、縱向距離、BMI和脂肪硬度。在最終模型中，透過使用皮下脂肪厚度、縱向距離、BMI和硬度建立的迴歸方程式，能夠以一定的精度預測抽吸量。本研究建構的預測公式如下:預測抽吸量(mL) = −7.3587 + 0.7904 × 皮下脂肪厚度(mm) + 0.3084 × 縱向距離(cm) + 0.8934 × BMI − 4.3066 × 硬度分數(1–3)。
結論
本研究建構了下顎脂肪抽吸術術前抽吸量的預測迴歸公式，該公式基於門診可取得的簡便指標。這可能有助於術前諮詢、手術計畫、年輕醫師培訓和手術標準化。
