Profile

After joining Koatsu Kogyo Co., Ltd., a regional general contractor, he transitioned to the nursing care industry in 2000, drawn by its appeal. After working as a caregiver for 6 years, in 2006, he founded a home-visit nursing care business, driven by the challenges he perceived during his six years of field experience.

His management philosophy is the dual pursuit of "individualized care that values user autonomy" and "financial prosperity for staff."

After starting his business, he ran a modest, single home-visit nursing care office for several years. However, to realize his management philosophy, he decided to expand his business. In 2016, he embarked on full-scale DX, promoting in-house development of engineers and working on nursing care DX.

Currently, he leads Aozora Care Group, which operates in Fukuoka and Kagoshima, with annual sales of 5 billion yen and 800 staff members. The group manages a wide range of services, from home-visit nursing care as its core business to special nursing homes for the elderly.

In recent years, he has formed a strategic partnership with Horiemon AI School and opened "Horiemon AI School Nursing Care School," a franchise school specializing in the nursing care industry.

He has also entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with AI startup Carechat Inc., and is dedicated to updating the nursing care industry using generative AI, including new service development.

He also operates the YouTube channel "Future Nursing Care Channel," distributing videos on the theme of nurturing nursing care x technology x management personnel.
