Apaman Shop, operated by APAMAN Co., Ltd.—which boasts the No. 1 position in both the number of stores and contracts in the rental housing brokerage industry—will launch its participatory event, the '38th Bear-kun AR Photo Contest,' on Monday, June 8, 2026.

This project is a photo contest where participants use their smartphones to activate an AR feature, take photos with the Bear-kun character appearing on their screen, and post them. In celebration of Bear-kun's birthday on June 29, the theme is 'Birthday Celebration,' and the company is looking for photos that capture a birthday mood or express celebratory feelings.

Five winning entries will be selected from the submissions, and the winners will receive a Bear-kun original lunch bag as the 'Bear-kun Thank You Award.' Additionally, some of the selected photos may be used in the production of Bear-kun's birthday movie. The company will contact the respective winners for confirmation before use.
