Opening its Asakusa Main Store in May 2010, 'Karaage Yukari' is a takeout specialty fried chicken store. The chicken is marinated for a full day in a secret sauce made without garlic or ginger, establishing a unique manufacturing process for each product to prevent the umami from escaping. We start frying the chicken only after receiving an order, serving it piping hot, crispy, and fragrant.
