A Summer-Only Feast Featuring Seasonal Vegetables and Steak: 'Volks' Launches Colorful Summer Steak Festival from July 15

For this festival, summer vegetables such as zucchini, bell peppers, eggplant, and corn are cut into large pieces and lightly deep-fried to enhance their natural sweetness and aroma. They are then artistically arranged alongside grilled meats to create a visually vibrant dish.

Each dish comes with two signature sauces: the rich 'Ratatouille Sauce,' which concentrates the umami of vegetables, and the 'Grilled Corn Sauce,' highlighting the smoky sweetness of roasted corn. Guests can choose based on their mood or preference, enjoying unique flavors that only summer can offer.

The menu features three dishes designed for families and friends to enjoy together: the popular aged sirloin steak, a 100% beef hamburger steak combo, and a chicken steak.
