The Databricks Partner Champion program is an invitation-only recognition initiative by Databricks, honoring individuals who possess technical expertise and knowledge of the Databricks platform and who support Centers of Excellence (CoE)* and communities within their organizations.

Thought Leader: Demonstrates deep understanding and clear insights into the latest trends in data and AI, stays updated on new features of the Databricks platform, and leads customer presentations and discussions.

Technical Expert: Has participated in at least one customer project using Databricks, possesses high specialization in a specific area, and is committed to continuous learning.

Community Leader: Actively participates in internal CoEs and communities, mentors and develops other Partner Champions, and supports collaborative strategic projects across multiple teams and customers.

Innovator: Contributes to industry-specific solution accelerators and market expansion initiatives, and builds innovative customer solutions leveraging the Lakehouse platform on Databricks.

Graduates of the program join an elite global community of Databricks experts and are expected to play a key role in establishing CoEs and serving as trusted resources within their organizations.

Has over 10 years of experience in data infrastructure, supporting clients across industries including telecommunications, finance, manufacturing, real estate, and energy in data warehouse (DWH) development and migration, data integration, data mart construction, and data governance implementation.

Has hands-on experience with multiple data platforms, including Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, and Redshift.
