(Headquarters: Atlanta, Georgia, USA; hereinafter referred to as "OneTrust"), a global provider of data and AI governance platforms.

Furthermore, as a partner of OneTrust, Arsaga Partners has supported the construction and implementation of OneTrust's AI governance features for major corporations. This marks the first introduction of OneTrust's AI governance features in Japan*.

◾Background of Partnership Agreement: Growing Demand for AI Governance

With the rapid proliferation of AI, the way companies use AI is shifting from mere pursuit of convenience to a phase that presupposes "risk management and legal compliance." Amidst the development of international AI regulations such as the EU AI Act, it is essential for companies to establish mechanisms (governance) that systematically control risks like information leakage, bias, and compliance violations in order to maximize the benefits of AI and achieve sustainable business growth. Only by ensuring appropriate safety can AI continue to provide value to society as a true driving force.

To make this governance effective, both "human guardrails" that define institutional aspects and "digital guardrails" that control technical aspects are indispensable. Through this partnership agreement with OneTrust, Arsaga Partners has become a certified partner for OneTrust's AI governance solutions. This allows us to provide comprehensive support to domestic companies, not just by offering tools, but also from upstream consulting for implementation, system construction, to operational support and guidance for adoption in the actual workplace.

In parallel with this partnership, we have already undertaken the production implementation and subsequent operational support of OneTrust's AI governance features for a major domestic corporation, holding the first implementation record for these features in the Japanese market.

In this initiative, we have built a system that centrally manages all risks related to system usage on the OneTrust platform, starting from system usage requests from users and owners, through technological review, examination of contracts and terms of use, ledger management, and risk assessment in accordance with AI-related laws and regulations.
