The "FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index" and "FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index" are ESG investment indices published by FTSE Russell, a global index provider. The company evaluates the disclosure and initiatives of listed companies based on publicly available ESG information across 14 ESG themes and selects constituent stocks for the indices based on their overall FTSE ESG Rating score (out of 5 points).

These indices are adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), one of the world's largest institutional investors responsible for pension fund management and operation in Japan, and are also widely used for the creation and evaluation of various sustainable investment funds and financial products.
