With the launch of café operations, the venue will introduce a new menu item: 'Tofu Shaved Ice,' a creative reinterpretation of Taiwan's traditional dessert 'douhua' (tofu pudding) served as shaved ice.
We invite guests to enjoy a special moment surrounded by art and experience this innovative Taiwanese dessert.

Art or Beef Noodle Paichu (Paichu)
An art gallery where guests can enjoy Taiwanese cuisine, produced by The Chain Museum, operator of ArtSticker. Located in a mixed-use building scheduled for redevelopment, the venue hosts monthly art projects. True to its name 'Art or Beef Noodle,' guests can choose to enjoy art viewing in the gallery space or dining in the restaurant area. (Art viewing with drinks is also possible.) The name 'Paichu' is a coined word combining respect and admiration for the 'white cube' art space with the warmth and comfort emanating from the kitchen.

### Rumi Ogawa
Born in Tokyo. After working for 14 years at a Tokyo bakery, she became independent and founded her own brand, 'gather.' She operated a bread-focused café-restaurant in Tokyo for five years and simultaneously ran the hot dog café 'Chōnai Geijutsu' inside Watari-um Museum of Contemporary Art. Since 2023, she has been in charge of cuisine at Art or Beef Noodle Paichu.
