Tents and equipment from the Nordic outdoor brand "Nordisk" were set up, and Yuta Nakamura of Japan Night View Office Inc. was invited as an instructor to lead a photography lecture in the rooftop space as it transitioned from dusk to night. The venue featured Nordisk tents and furniture, transforming the rooftop into a high-quality, extraordinary space for relaxing and photography. Participants enjoyed taking photos of the changing light from dusk to night and the glamping setup under the guidance of Yuta Nakamura, who provided tips for smartphone and DSLR photography. The Nordisk tents used are part of the building's emergency equipment and meet the high disaster-prevention standards of the international "Sphere Standards" for humanitarian aid. This event embodied the "Phase-Free" concept, where daily leisure use serves as disaster preparedness. Furthermore, the photography lecture served as a catalyst for interaction among residents. Participants commented, "I never had the chance to go up to the roof at night, so I didn't know it had such a view," and "I didn't know we could borrow tents as building equipment.
