Asahi Kasei Homes Expands 'Hebel Maison BORIKI,' a Child-Rearing Empathy Rental Housing, in Kansai and Western Japan

Asahi Kasei Homes, Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yuji Owa) and Asahi Kasei Fudousan Residence, Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yasumichi Ichikawa) announce the new expansion of their child-rearing empathy rental housing, 'Hebel Maison BORIKI,' in the Osaka and Hiroshima areas. Two buildings in Osaka Prefecture and two in Hiroshima City are scheduled for completion in August and October 2026, with tenant applications opening sequentially from April. We will continue to support local child-rearing households and aim to be a company that can be entrusted with the future by providing rental housing where families can live with peace of mind.

Since its launch in October 2012, the child-rearing empathy rental housing 'Hebel Maison BORIKI' has supplied a cumulative total of 57 buildings and 528 units, primarily in the Tokyo metropolitan area (1 capital and 3 prefectures). In the Kansai area, we have developed 2 buildings with 39 units so far, and we are now providing an additional 4 buildings with 39 units. We will continue to actively promote development in the Kansai and Western Japan areas. Hebel Maison BORIKI is located in areas where local governments are focused on child-rearing support and promoting the settlement of young families, contributing to the formation of a living environment where these families can continue to live with peace of mind. Through these efforts, we aim to contribute to regional revitalization by creating human connections and vibrancy in the community.

Ⅲ. Features of Hebel Maison BORIKI

The child-rearing empathy rental housing 'Hebel Maison BORIKI' was planned to address the challenges of young families who, while anxious about raising children for the first time, often find themselves isolated due to a lack of気軽に相談できる環境が少なく、地縁の薄さから孤立しがちな子育てファミリーの課題に応えるために企画された賃貸住宅です。 In its design, we emphasize creating spaces where residents can naturally meet and interact. Furthermore, by having the management team actively involved in creating opportunities for interaction, we foster a living environment where people can connect effortlessly. By also incorporating a gentle collaboration with the local community, we aim to create an environment for raising children together with the community, not just within the confines of the home. Supporting 'parenting without shouldering the burden alone' from the home is a major feature of Hebel Maison BORIKI.
