The ASEAN-Japan Centre, in collaboration with the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), and JETRO, will host the 'Cambodia Investment Roadshow in Japan 2026.' A high-level government delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Sun Chanthol will visit Tokyo on June 9 and Osaka on June 12 to promote investment. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Cambodia reached $9.96 billion in 2025, a 45% increase, driven by infrastructure, agriculture, and manufacturing. The roadshow focuses on four key sectors: manufacturing, logistics/infrastructure, agriculture/food processing, and healthcare. In Tokyo, a private roundtable for executives will be held, while the Osaka forum will feature a keynote by the Deputy Prime Minister and a presentation on the Kampong Thom Special Economic Zone. Participation is free, but registration is required by June 10, 2026.
