The idol group CUTIE STREET released their double A-side 3rd single CD, 'Cute na Cutie / Nice da ne,' on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Simultaneously, the group unveiled the music video for 'Cute na Cutie,' which serves as the ending theme for the TV anime 'Pokémon' (broadcast on the TV Tokyo network).
To commemorate the release, CUTIE STREET held an event at Omiya Laketown today. Despite being a weekday, approximately 3,000 fans attended the event, where the group performed a total of seven songs. Member Eru Kawamoto expressed her gratitude, stating, 'I am truly happy to spend this important release day with all the Questies (the group's fan name).'
The music video for 'Cute na Cutie,' released at 21:00, features the members in girl scout-inspired outfits set against a colorful forest backdrop. The eight members form a cute expedition team equipped with binoculars and butterfly nets. Key highlights include the choreography performed in front of a secret base-like tent and dance moves that sync with the lyrics.
In addition to the release, a promotional campaign is currently underway at CD retailers nationwide, featuring exhibitions of live costumes previously worn by the members. The campaign also includes in-store broadcasts by the members and giant panel displays.
