▼Overview

What is necessary for companies to continue sustainable growth in an uncertain world? Many people are struggling with this question. The answer is clear: "Correctly predicting the future."

It is important to predict how the existing areas where your company currently maintains competitiveness, and promising areas you are considering entering, will change in the future, and to formulate appropriate strategies. However, with rapid changes in the rules themselves due to technological advancements and intensifying market environments, "correctly predicting the future" is not easy.

To solve this challenge, Astamuse proposes future prediction methods that are data-driven but do not remain confined to existing frameworks. This is a unique method that only Astamuse, which possesses one of the world's largest databases integrating intangible asset and innovation information from around the globe to visualize future scenarios, can offer.

In the webinar "Future Estimation and Germination Search for Strategy Formulation," we will discuss the approach of future estimation and germination search, which estimates "what kind" of future will arrive "when," and "what kind of convergence and new combinations" will occur, for various technologies, needs, and business models, with the latest analysis examples. It is a 60-minute session that will provide hints on how to tackle an unstable future.

* This lecture will be a recorded distribution of a past webinar video.

▼Recommended for:

Those interested in the "future" of their company's market or markets they wish to enter in the future, regardless of industry.

Those who want objective "certainty" for their future management strategies and new business ideas.

Those who have had new business ideas proposed to their superiors rejected due to "doubts about their promising nature."

Those who want to see what kind of future might unfold in promising markets.
