The Iwaki Group transitioned to a new holding company structure on June 1, 2021, and became the Astena Group. With the holding company Astena Holdings at its core, it consists of companies in five business areas: the fine chemicals business, pharmaceutical business, HBC food business, chemical business, and social impact business. Furthermore, to aim for sustainable growth through ESG management, we will also engage in the investment and cultivation of new businesses.
