Notice of Participation in the 'Tokyo Women Leaders Support Network'

Astena Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Satoshi Setoguchi; hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that it has endorsed the "Tokyo Women's Future Forum Joint Declaration" within the "Tokyo Women Leaders Support Network" (hereinafter "this Network"), an initiative by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government aimed at promoting women's empowerment and a diverse society, and has participated as an endorsing company.

Background and Purpose of Participation The Company is engaged in promoting women's empowerment with the aim of realizing a workplace environment where diversity is respected and all employees can demonstrate their abilities to the fullest. We have decided to participate in this initiative to further advance the creation of an environment where diverse human resources, including women, can thrive according to their motivation and capabilities.

Moving forward, we will utilize information sharing and advanced case studies through this Network to further enhance our internal measures that allow diverse human resources, including women's empowerment, to play an active role.

Through this series of initiatives, the Company group aims to achieve sustainable enhancement of corporate value and further promotion of ESG management.

Main Initiatives of Our Group

・Astena Empowerment in Action We annually conduct "Astena Empowerment in Action," a program focusing on the challenges faced by women working in our group. In this program, female directors and executive officers act as leaders, aiming to develop female leadership and expand the field of activity for women within the group.

・Targets for the Ratio of Female Executives, Managers, and Employees To aim for an increase in female executives and others, we have set the following indicators and targets: - Ratio of female executives (Company non-consolidated): 30% by 2030 (Actual as of Nov 2025: 9.1%) - Ratio of female managers (Group): 30% by 2030 (Actual: 11.7%) - Ratio of female employees (Group): 40% by 2030 (Actual: 38.0%)

About the Tokyo Women Leaders Support Network The Tokyo Metropolitan Government operates this network with the purpose of generating a social movement that encourages changes in management consciousness and workplace culture toward women's empowerment and promotion.
