Background and Purpose of Participation The Company is engaged in promoting women's empowerment with the aim of realizing a workplace environment where diversity is respected and all employees can demonstrate their abilities to the fullest. ・Astena Empowerment in Action We annually conduct "Astena Empowerment in Action," a program focusing on the challenges faced by women working in our group. In this program, female directors and executive officers act as leaders, aiming to develop female leadership and expand the field of activity for women within the group.
・Targets for the Ratio of Female Executives, Managers, and Employees To aim for an increase in female executives and others, we have set the following indicators and targets: - Ratio of female executives (Company non-consolidated): 30% by 2030 (Actual as of Nov 2025: 9.1%) - Ratio of female managers (Group): 30% by 2030 (Actual: 11.7%) - Ratio of female employees (Group): 40% by 2030 (Actual: 38.0%)
