A-TOM ART AWARD 2026 Call for Entries Begins, Targeting Student Artists Nationwide with Theme 'To Choose, To Create'

Atom Co., Ltd. has announced the launch of the A-TOM ART AWARD 2026, an art competition aimed at student artists across Japan in the field of contemporary art. The theme for this 9th edition is 'To Choose, To Create'. Five winners will be selected to participate in a group exhibition at Courtyard HIROO in October 2026. Each winner will receive a cash prize of 200,000 yen, and two select winners will additionally be awarded the opportunity to participate in a local art program in a regional city as an extra prize. Applications are open from May 11 to July 26, aiming to foster young artists and revitalize regional areas through culture.
